Our advanced manufacturing unit, located in the Industrial Area of Jodhpur, Rajasthan, is spread across 2 acres and equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and three modern production lines, enabling an annual capacity of 6,000 metric tonnes. The production process combines molecular orientation technology with precision extrusion, utilizing premium suspension PVC resin and organic-based stabilizers (OBS).
We manufacture PVC-O pipes ranging from 110 mm to 630 mm, with pressure ratings of PN 12.5, PN 16, PN 20, and PN 25, in strict compliance with BIS IS 16647:2017 and ISO 16422:2014 standards.
Amit, the founder of the company in 2012, has over two decades of experience in manufacturing plastic pipes and fittings. He spearheaded the development of PVC-O pipe technology and equipment, driving R&D to create innovative products, including tooling for pipes up to 630 mm. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Jodhpur University.
Praveen, co-founder of Optiflux Pipe Industries, has been with the company since 2012. With prior experience at Siemens, Germany, he has played a key role in pioneering PVC-O pipe manufacturing in India and building a customer-focused organization. He holds a Bachelor’s in Electronics & Communication Engineering from the University of Rajasthan and an MBA in Marketing & Retail Management from BIMT, Greater Noida.
